I had one of the best days of my life, and an experience I will remember forever! The classroom instructor was excellent, and I’ve already become much more aware of how I’m driving and have even begun to incorporate some of what I learned into my everyday rides. Special kudos to Chad (maybe “Chet” it was hard to hear through the helmets) -- he was a superb instructor. And speaking of going the extra mile, that free inspection, and discount on possible work, is the cherry on a wonderful sundae. Please let Mr. Schatzberg know that he now has a customer for life. I was talking with Frank, and he made a real good point about how the classroom topics were informative, but didn’t cover Infiniti-specifics like VDC. He suggested that it might be useful to have someone talk briefly on that, explaining the what/why/how of that technology, and describing what to expect if it’s deactivated. Well done, gentlemen.
